Paddock 37 is our latest edition, in it we have invested in a luxury 2 bed roomed caravan, which will sleep up to six people. This is a fabulous caravan, which has the benefit of a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine.
Outside you will find garden furniture. Duvets and pillows are supplied but not bed linen. Gas and electric is free of charge. Also included in the price is up to six free passes needed to go onto the actual Butlins site. A £50 returnable bond is required.

LOUNGE:

The lounge has plenty of seating with reclining chairs and a full three piece suite. There is an Tv/dvd, integrated Cd player.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA:

The kitchen has a full sized cooker and fridgefreezer, toaster, microwave, iron, kettle , dishwasher etc.

BEDROOMS:

Consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite and a large twin bedded room also a fully sprung double bed in the living room sleeping 6 people comfortably.

BATHROOM & TOILET:

There is a shower room with washbasin and toilet. There is also a separate toilet and washbasin.

Gas central heating .
